What Nice Twice does …

Nice Twice is a community-led accessibility campaign run by people with lived-experience of disability. The group works with local venues and organisations to raise awareness and offer support and guidance on accessibility and inclusion.

When the group first came together to think about what accessibility means to them, they talked about places that were; kind, welcoming, safe, comfortable, friendly and nice. They agreed that ‘Nice’ represented the main message. It shows the emphasis is on people rather than the physical space. ‘Twice’ was soon added as everyone agreed that if a place was nice, we’d go twice!

Nice Twice aims to help spread nice vibes by being nice people!
